Tangerine-Led Zeppelin. This painting is the first in a series of paintings to come from my junk store travels. My friend Susan (a fellow painter) and I have decided to visit a local thrift shop every few weeks to find a item to paint. I found this little teapot and immediately knew I had to paint it. It had a design on the front which I decided to leave out as I like the plain gold trim better. The tangerine adds just a splash of color.
